Damac Lagoons (Dubai), 2024 till now
In 2024, EEHE supplied doors, windows, curtain walls, guardrails, pergolas, air conditioning cabinets, and other products for the Damac Lagoons project in Dubai. The first phase of the project includes 1,036 villas, totaling 68,600㎡ of supplied products. According to the developer, as of 2023, the project is 20% complete, with 6,459 villas across 13 blocks under construction. An additional 2,457 villas are in the final stages of design or have contractors appointed.
Hayyan Arim Villa (Sharjah)
In 2025, EEHE supplied doors, windows, curtain walls, and other products for the Hayyan Arim Villa project in Sharjah. The first phase of the project includes 306 villas, totaling 30,000㎡ of supplied products.
Residential Project (Oman)
From 2022 to 2023, EEHE supplied doors and windows for the three-phase Oman Residential Project, with a total area of 16,000㎡ of supplied products. The project was planned for construction in three phases, encompassing 559 resort units, including low-rise apartments, garden houses, and villas.
Rosamia Da Nang Hotel (Vietnam)
In 2020, EEHE supplied doors, windows, curtain walls, wooden doors, and other products for the Rosamia Da Nang Hotel in Vietnam, with a total area of 3,500㎡ of supplied products.
BRAC University (Bangladesh)
From 2021 to 2022, E-HE supplied doors, windows, curtain walls, wooden doors, and other products for the new campus project of Brac University in Bangladesh, with a total area of approximately 20,000㎡. The project will construct a 13-story steel-structured academic block, which will become a landmark building in the capital city, Dhaka.
